Alan joined The Restaurant Group as Executive Chairman in March 2001 and became Non-Executive Chairman from January 2006. He has a wealth of experience in the leisure sector. During 18 years within Whitbread he led Beefeater steakhouses and also the Whitbread restaurant division and was responsible for the creation and development of the Beefeater, Travel Inns and TGI Friday brands. He founded his own business in 1991 which became Inn Business Group plc in 1995 and was subsequently acquired by Punch in 1999. He chaired Oriental Restaurant Group plc until its sale to Noble House in 2000 and is currently non-executive Chairman of Randalls Vaultier Limited and Charles Wells. In December 2006 he was appointed non-executive Chairman of Luminar plc. In March 2006 he was appointed a non-executive director of Playtech plc.

Alan M Jackson
Andrew joined the board of The Restaurant Group in June 2001, as Finance Director. In December 2003 he was appointed Group Managing Director and in January 2006 he became Chief Executive Officer. Andrew's career has spanned both international and domestic businesses. Prior to joining The Restaurant Group, he held a number of senior positions in the leisure and hospitality industry including Senior Vice President with InterContinental Hotels and Finance Director of Hanover International plc. Prior to that Andrew spent six years as a Corporate Financier with Kleinwort Benson having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

Stephen Critoph joined the company as Finance Director in September 2004. He previously worked for Compass Group plc where he was Corporate Development Director of the Roadside Division, responsible for various strategic initiatives including the development of Compass's Motorway Service area business, Moto, in Europe. Prior to that, he held a succession of senior finance positions in Granada Group both at the centre and in various operating divisions, most recently as Finance Director of Travelodge and Little Chef. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and Touche in 1985.

Stephen Critoph
Trish joined The Restaurant Group in 1993 as Area Manager for Garfunkel's which included the group’s airport operations. In March 1996 she was given sole responsibility for the airports business as Operations Manager Heathrow and Gatwick. Subsequently in 1997 she was appointed Brand Director Garfunkel's and Airports, and in 1999 was promoted to Operations Director - Concessions, The Restaurant Group’s new division encompassing airport operations. In March 2003 she was appointed Managing Director Concessions and in October 2003 appointed to the Board.
Prior to joining The Restaurant Group, Trish worked for Haagen Dazs then managed the Atacama Restaurant Group.

Trish Corzine
In 1968 joined the finance function of Bristol-Myers, and became Group Finance Director. Then became Managing Director of Bristol-Myers Pharmaceuticals. Left in 1983 to become Chief Executive and Chairman of Cheseborough-Ponds. When Cheseborough Ponds was taken over in 1987 by Unilever, joined Richard Branson as Special Projects Director. Became Managing Director of The Body Shop International plc in 1988 and left in 1993 to head up Richard Branson's bid for the National Lottery. Currently Chairman of Virgin Retail, Victory Corporation, Virgin Drinks, Virgin Wines, Virgin Cars and Virgin Games, along with main Board Director of Virgin and Non Executive of Thornton's plc and Luminar plc.

John Jackson
Aged 59, Tony was appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company in January 2008, after more than a decade as Managing Director of the Restaurants Division of Mitchells and Butlers plc (M&B, previously Six Continents plc and Bass plc). Tony was a member of the Board of M&B from 2003 until the end of 2007. Prior to joining Bass in 1995, Mr Hughes held senior management roles at B&Q, J.A. Devenish and Whitbread, where he was Operations Director of Beefeater and Managing Director of TGI Friday's.
